These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SMS/text messaging programs (“SMS Service”) operated by HomeDefense Wildlife Solutions. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. User Consent and Opt-In

You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages and/or transactional messages from HomeDefense Wildlife Solutions to the mobile phone number you provided. Message frequency will vary e.g., “up to 5 messages per month” or “based on your activity and subscription”. Message and data rates may apply. Consenting to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition for purchasing any goods or services.

2. Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP) Instructions

  • Opt-Out: Text the keyword STOP to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the message to instantly stop receiving messages.

3. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The SMS Service is offered on an “as-is” basis and may be affected by factors outside of our control. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages. 4. Carrier Disclaimer

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers supported by the SMS Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Your use of the SMS Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the SMS Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
